Advertising

Advertising is available via the Association newsletter, regular mailouts to officer bearers and on the website. We also offer a number of sponsorship opportunities.

Newsletter

The Association newsletter is distributed electronically to each financial household across NSW, approximately 9500 families and also can be downloaded from the Association website. It is produced four times a year - March, June, September and December. The current edition is available to download from www.pcansw.org.au/December2009

Format: Advertisements are to be supplied in JPEG or PDF format.

Mailouts

Another way to promote your business is via an insert into a mail-out to Club and Zone Secretaries. This would be distributed to 280 Clubs and 28 Zones. Mail-outs are sent out approximately every 6-8 weeks - February, April, June, August, October and December. The cost of this is $330 GST incl, however if you only require mailing to a certain area a cost can be negotiated.

Website

Advertising on the website is limited to two advertisements on the home page at a time. Advertisements appear on the right hand side of the page.
 
Advertisements must be static (i.e. not flashing or rotating) and artwork to be supplied in gif or jpg format, no more than 187 pixels wide.  The ad, once clicked, would take the user to either the organisation’s website or a page within the Pony Club NSW website which has information on the organisation's offer.

Bookings are limited to three month periods. It is possible to re book after the three month period if no other advertiser has booked the space. Payment is required upfront.

Sponsorship

A variety of opportunities are available for sponsors.  One of the benefits of sponsorship is that it is often a more affordable option for many organisations than the traditional advertising campaign.  With this in mind, there are a number of available packages for sponsoring Pony Club NSW.  To meet your company’s specific requirements, it may be a matter of tailoring the packages to suit, or otherwise incorporating different aspects of different packages into your overall sponsorship strategy. There are a number benefits that can be incorporated in a package, depending on the contribution level of the organisation, including:
  • Logo on Pony Club NSW website, with link to your website
  • Full page advert or Half page in State Newsletter (up to 4 times a year)
  • Trade stand opportunities at State Championships
  • Naming rights to one or more State Championships
  • Recognition on State Championships schedules
  • Signage at State Championships
  • Insert in mail outs
