Proposed Itinerary:
Thursday 6th – teams arrive
Friday 7th – Royal Show/ activities/equipment check/coaches briefing.
Saturday 8th – Competition 11am, Formal dinner Hahndorf Old Mill 6.30pm
Sunday 9th – Tour officially end 10am.
Thursday 6th
At 3pm once all the teams arrive we will go to Cross Road Bowl and Laser Skirmish (3 games of either bowling or laser skirmish, more will be available for an additional price and if there is enough time) by coach, around 30 minutes drive. Dinner package and platters will be provided at the venue, at around 7.30 the teams will then be transported back to Adelaide Shores Bunkhouse
Supper and desert will be served when we return to Adelaide Shores around 8pm.
Friday 7th
Breakfast will be at 8am (cooked and continental).
At 9.15am a bus will collect all the teams from Adelaide Shores Bunkhouse to Royal Adelaide show. The teams will be picked up from the show grounds outside of the main gate near the Ferris wheel at 2.30pm to return to Adelaide Shores Bunkhouse.
The teams will be free to mingle until the equipment check at 4pm, which will be followed by the coaches briefing at 5.30.
We will have a delicious roast dinner in the dining area at 6.30pm and supper available later.
Saturday 8th
Breakfast will be at 8am (cooked and continental).
At 9.30am all teams will travel by coach from the Adelaide Shores Bunkhouse to Metropolitan show jumping grounds where the competition will be held. A private marquee will be available at the grounds for all the teams to store bags and other items. The teams will see the horses at 10am and the competition will start at 11am. Lunch and snacks are available to purchase from a coffee van and the canteen on the grounds.
We expect the competition to be concluded after a mounted presentation at approximately 1.30 - 2pm all the teams will then be transported back to the Adelaide Shores Bunkhouse.
The teams will then be free to relax and prepare for the formal dinner. The Coach will leave the Adelaide Shores Bunkhouse at 5.30pm (approx 1 hours drive). The formal dinner will be held at the Hahndorf Old Mill at 6.30 pm and we should return to Adelaide Shores Bunkhouse around 10pm.
Sunday 9th
The tour will officially be over at 10am on Sunday and the teams are asked to organise their flights or days activities accordingly. Depending on flight times private transport to the airport for teams can be arranged, or it is a short Taxi ride.
