What are the Association fees?
Riding Members $50
Non-Riding Members $30
These fees are applicable to clubs only. Member fees are set by the individual club.
How do I sign up new members?
The Association must receive the following;
- Completed affiliation form (available at no charge through the office)
- Completed and signed risk warning for each member
- Cheque payment
Alternatively members can be registered online through the MyClub system. Access applications available under Forms from the Club & Zone Management tab. If utilising MyClub, clubs should wait until the begining of the following month for an invoice and then submit cheque payment along with the completed and signed risk warnings for each member.
What is the entry fee for state championships?
$35 per rider except for Sporting & Campdrafting which is $50 for both disciplines or $35 for just the one. Ground fees varies and are set by the host Zone.
How do I book a regional school?

or telephone 02 4229 8977 (Tuesdays only). A refunded deposit of $550 applies as well as a fee of $20 per rider. Please note, only Zone Chief Instructors are authorised to book these schools.
How do I become a Pony Club Instructor?
Any member wishing to become an instructor must now complete the NCAS program by purchasing a workbook through the state office. To purchase the book download a copy of the Merchandise Order Form
and post it to the office with your cheque payment. You will then need to work through the book with your Zone Chief Instructor (ZCI), and mentor/s, and complete a NCAS school. When you are ready to complete a school speak to your ZCI who will organise one through the state office coaching co-ordinator.
If you currently hold an Instructors certificate, these are still recognised however you may not upgrade and we recommend completing the NCAS program.
