18-19th May 2013. Mudgee Australian Rural Education Centre, Mudgee hosted by Zone 6. Entries close 5pm Friday 12th April 2013. There will be 4 classes not 3 as stated in the schedule. STATE JUMPING EQUITATION APPAREL ORDER CLOSING DATE EXTENDED TO 21ST APRIL 2013.
Jumping Equitation, Tues 2nd & Wed 3rd April. Showjumping Thur 4th & Fri 5th April. Beaudesert Showgrounds. Entries to be sent to the Pony Club NSW State Office at PO Box 2085, Wollongong, NSW, 2500. Entries close at the Pony Club NSW office Monday 18th February 2013.
Please ensure that a Zone cheque is sent made out to the QLD Host Zone for entries and forward to this office no later than this date so that membership status may be checked before sending to PCAQLD.
13 April 2013. Gloucester Showgrounds, Gloucester, hosted by Zone 25. Entries close 5pm Friday 1st March 2013.
Please note: if entering in both Sporting and Campdrafting the State Entry fee is $50, otherwise one entry is $35. The $35 per family camping fee also covers both events. The Stable fee is $65 for both events, however if you are bringing an extra horse for campdrafting this is another stable fee of $65 please indicate this on the campdrafting entry form. The Cattle levy is paid at the event to the host zone.
Just a reminder that the cut-off date for anyone wishing to scratch and receive a full refund is Thursday 28th March this is due to Friday being Good Friday and no one being in the office. All scratching’s should be in writing and come via Zone Chief Instructors.
Please note no generators at championships as stated on schedule.
