Clubs and Zones need to update their constitutions to fall in line with the changes made to the State constitution in March 2012, these changes may only be made at an AGM of Special General meeting, the changes should be circulated to members 21 days before the meeting as part of your AGM Agenda. Once a club/zone adopts these changes you also need to notify the Department of Fair Trading with the update using an A6 form Application to change objects or constitution.
This is a New Members information template for Clubs and Zones to use. It has been uploaded in a word document so clubs can edit it to suit themselves.
